In a world increasingly connected yet increasingly divided, we seek to provide opportunities for understanding and connection through discussions, shared meals, presentations, workshops, art exhibits, rap and hip hop, and so much more!

Gatherings

Good Grief Groups: Learning to Live with Loss as a Spiritual Journey

Gatherings for Widowers and Widows happen on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month at 1:00 pm. Registration appreciated but walk-ins are welcome - please register here.  A $10 donation is suggested.

Eco Grief gatherings happen on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month at 11:30 am. This is a time when participants are free to share with others how the issue of climate change makes them feel and perhaps find ways to cope with those feelings. Registration is appreciated and all are invited. You may register here.

Gatherings for Parents suffering the loss of a child happen on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month at 10:00 am. Registration appreciated but walk-ins are welcome - please register here. A $10 donation is suggested.

Roam Yoga with Mia Thomas, DPT 
Classes every Thursday  evening from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Sign up at www.roamyogaflx.com.

ECK Light & Sound Service
Services take place the third Sunday of every month from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm and all are welcome. The service offers you the chance to explore your own direct connection with the Divine.  www.eckankar.org 

Rapping Saturdays 
10:00 am - 12:00 pm on the first Saturday of every month.  Young people are invited to bring their own music or learn how to pick a beat and write a rap.  Refreshments will be provided.
